App is useless, company unresponsive

Stay away from this app & this company. They pay little attention to their customers. Customer service has truly deteriorated beyond belief. When attempting to complain about the app, customer service reps say they will pass a message to IT, yet there is no response from IT to the complaining customer. In the sage of connectivity and mobile, this is not the way to treat people. Their app is not useless at all.
