Cant complete order

Was able to get to the point of checking out and received the message "cannot complete order please try again". Which I did multiple times with no success. Using up-to-date iPhone 6.
Up to the point of processing my order the app was easy to use and the information was well laid out. Unfortunately, none of that means much if I cant actually place my order from the app. Keep trying Schwans - I would likely order more frequently if I could do it with ease from my phone.

Update: after trying again, I was able to complete the order. Not sure what the original issue was, but if you are experiencing the same error, keep trying.
