So I was suppose to get a Schwans order delivered today. I was so excited to finally have my silver mint bars (the one ice cream that doesnt kill my stomach for some odd reason)! Well it didnt come after spending almost 70 dollars on all the food (yes all worth it and I had a coupon so it was less then that. So Jason calls the office and they said due to unfortunate events the driver could not finish his route. So she gave us 100 points to our account which will give us $5 off our next purchase. My whole thing is you have my email and my phone number so why not call me in the earlier in the day and say hey sorry it cant be delivered but we promise to have it there by Monday or something?! I shouldnt have to call you to find out a driver didnt finish his route Im sorry but that is not my fault we spent a lot of money to have your product something else should have been done like another driver pick up the route. Now we have to wait for the office manager to call us back which could take 24 to 48 hours....and they dont have weekend hours for that office.....
