The app is fine on my iPhone but why is it not available for the iPad mini 4?

This app works occasionally, irritating when I want to place an order.

Does not seem to sync with my account on the web. So if I add or make changes on app or on my PC, the changes are not reflected in each account. I deleted the app from my phone.

Cant open it to see how it works.

Was able to get to the point of checking out and received the message "cannot complete order please try again". Which I did multiple times with no success. Using up-to-date iPhone 6. Up to the point of processing my order the app was easy to use and the information was well laid out. Unfortunately, none of that means much if I cant actually place my order from the app. Keep trying Schwans - I would likely order more frequently if I could do it with ease from my phone. ---- Update: after trying again, I was able to complete the order. Not sure what the original issue was, but if you are experiencing the same error, keep trying.

So I was suppose to get a Schwans order delivered today. I was so excited to finally have my silver mint bars (the one ice cream that doesnt kill my stomach for some odd reason)! Well it didnt come after spending almost 70 dollars on all the food (yes all worth it and I had a coupon so it was less then that. So Jason calls the office and they said due to unfortunate events the driver could not finish his route. So she gave us 100 points to our account which will give us $5 off our next purchase. My whole thing is you have my email and my phone number so why not call me in the earlier in the day and say hey sorry it cant be delivered but we promise to have it there by Monday or something?! I shouldnt have to call you to find out a driver didnt finish his route Im sorry but that is not my fault we spent a lot of money to have your product something else should have been done like another driver pick up the route. Now we have to wait for the office manager to call us back which could take 24 to 48 hours....and they dont have weekend hours for that office.....
